Kelsey is a board-certified physician assistant who has specialized in non-surgical facial aesthetics since 2016. She wrote her master’s thesis on preventative Botox and is known for her natural-looking full face filler treatments.

AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

Melinda is a board-certified nurse practitioner who has been practicing aesthetic medicine since 2016. With a reputation for delivering natural-looking Botox, she is also a laser and skincare guru, known for transforming skin with precision, care, and artistry.

AESTHETIC REGISTERED NURSE

Sawyer graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dominican University with her passion being in Aesthetic Medicine and women’s health. Her goal is to assist her patients in enhancing their natural beauty and confidence through their aesthetic journey.

Isabella is a certified medical assistant and pre-physician assistant student. You can catch her assisting Dr. Maynard and the Real Aesthetic Med providers in procedures as well as answering your calls, texts, and emails. She is here to make your REAL experience even better!
